Bad Brain - I against I

At the Weary DJ gig I had a long talk with Bucky Pope about Bad Brains (who were on SST along with local heroes Tar Babies, for whom Bucky fronted and Robin Davies played bass, and Robin was spinning while we talked) and how their music really doesn't have any peers stylistically. Come on -- who sounds like Bad Brains? I think that may be a hallmark of truly original music. See also: Queen.
